EDTA Chelation Therapy:
Efficacy in Arteriosclerotic Heart DiseaseH. Richard Casdorph, MD, PhD
Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at the University of
California Medical School, Irvine CaliforniaABSTRACT: Eighteen patients with documented arteriosclerotic heart disease were studied utilizing the isotope technetium 99m to measure left ventricular ejection fraction before and after the administration of EDTA chelation therapy. A statistically significant improvement in left ventricular ejection fraction occurred in this group of patients.
